Idea Dynamics is run by me, Tim Ingalls. I provide free independent telecommunications consulting for businesses and carriers. You see, most telecom carriers have two sales forces: direct sales reps and outside agents or partners. The direct sales reps are usually new to the industry or the company and don't last longer than about 5 months on average. The agents usually have extensive telecom sales experience (like me) or sell complimentary hardware or services. I have relationships with most voice and data carriers you know about as well as many next generation carriers that you might not know. Because of these relationships, I am able to consult with you for free on what you need, get competitive quotes, and help you decide between the various options. You pay me nothing. That's right. It's free. The carriers you select to provide your services will pay me every month just to keep you happy.

That is a much better solution than purchasing your telecom services from a direct sales rep who works for the carrier. I can provide you with much better pricing and much better service. I'm not going to lose my job for selling stuff to you for too good of a price. I know that I'll get much more business from you in the way of business referrals if I provide excellent pricing.
